Experiences

On foot, on horseback

Walk, ride and cycle through 1,800 acres of highland forest, then go further: the lakes and parks of the Rift Valley are on the doorstep.

The reserve

A playground of 1,800 acres

Malu’s 1,800-acre retreat is a peaceful haven for adults and a natural playground for children, with countless ways to experience it on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike.

There are leisurely strolls and challenging hikes through the last indigenous cedar forest of the eastern Rift Valley, vines to swing from, streams to explore and colobus monkeys in the trees, and a plunge pool fed by natural hot springs among the fig trees.

Every activity can be arranged by any of the staff.
